A traditional Gothic mystery by 13 girls, witch candidates.
Ema, a heroine who are imprisoned in a dungeon on an isolated island, encountered a murder case committed by a real witch during her communal life with girls who are witch candidates.
Players must gather testimonies from other girls, expose their lies and contradictions during the witch trials, and unmask the true killer.
If, however, his/her reasoning is wrong, an innocent girl may be executed.
Thirteen girls have their own different magics and secrets. Their magics complicate the murder tricks and reasonings, and bedazzle players.
This game won the award attract many fans by offering a cute world view of “Magical Girls,” and the gap with witch trials, strong characters / impressive stories.
Work Introduction
In this group, there is a girl who turns into a witch.
When Ema wakes up in the morning when she is going to be a first-year high-school girl, she finds herself in a dark prison cell.
Finding herself locked away in a prison house on a remote, isolated island, Emma confused. With no memory of how she got there, an owl appears before her and speaks to her:
“You have been identified as a “
“You will spend the rest of your life here as a prisoner.”
The peaceful daily life she took for granted crumbles away.
Emma, behind bars, gets to know other young girls, who may be witches. One day, the owl gathers the imprisoned girls together and declares:
“We are going to hold witch trials.”
That was the start of a so cruel game, selecting the witches... That means that's the targets for execution, and one by one from among the 13 girls.

This story explores what girls with distinct personalities and values choose to believe and the decisions they make when trapped in an extreme situation with no way out. We wanted to create a story that conveyed not only the shock of its incidents and trials, but also the emotions left in their wake, the pain and vulnerability carried by each girl, and even the beauty found within the very worst of circumstances.
