General Description

Title Destruction
Platform PC

Winner's name A person creating games

Reason

I think that all the applicants struggled to decide how to incorporate the theme of "Utsusu" in their game.

"Destruction" is a unique game that chooses on purpose (although I am not sure if it was on purpose) the approach of "Transfer your own action to your enemy," an idea that you would not think of easily, and that even if you did, you would probably quickly discard as being too difficult to incorporate into a game.

To be honest, there is room for improvement, a fact that the developers are also probably aware of. This includes the controls, UI, and bugs (laughs). However, the way that this game approaches the theme in a totally different way from the other games provided a fresh user experience for all the judges.

As a result, the score for expression of the theme is very high, and we gave the game the award from the view that we could not ignore it in an amateur contest with the theme of "Utsusu."

We think that it is a "memorable work" born from the amateur theme and the ideas and challenges of the developers. Congratulations on winning the award!

Work Introdution

An action puzzle game where the hero's disposable unmanned robot infiltrates the evil battle robot development factory, sets up a bomb switch, and destroys it.

The hero's unmanned robot can record its actions, transfer the record to the enemy battle robots, and control them at will. Using this special ability, you can clear various gimmicks and install the bomb switch in the factory.

You can transfer your action record to enemies, ride on their backs to reach high places, explode them, or break walls, to progress forward. Sometimes, it is even necessary to pre-record multiple behavior patterns...

"Destruction" is a highly strategic game based on the unique idea of analyzing the actions needed to clear various gimmicks, first acting yourself and recording the actions, then transferring the record to the enemy and letting it move.
