Reason for the Game Designers Award
When you start the game, it is completely white and you can’t see anything.
Vision is indispensable for a game, and the idea is for the game to become
visible through operation.
This title was selected for its characteristics found nowhere else including the incorporated visuals and story development method.

Work Introdution
The 10-year-old boy Monroe sets off on an adventure to a mysterious world in pursuit of the swan in the painting.
The completely white world, labyrinthian town, and sea of gloom.
This world that shows a variety of expressions is formed by your actions.
Comment of the game producer
Thank you very much for the honor of receiving this Game Design Award.
This is a very significant award to me.
The reason for that is that the first time the general public saw this game was at the 2008 Tokyo Game Show “Sense of Wonder Night.”
We have been producing it for the 5 years since then, and although it took much more time than we thought it would, we moved forward as one because we wanted to create an unprecedented game experience.
All of the production staff believed in our game concept and supported us. I am grateful to Sony Computer Entertainment and all of the people who were involved with this game. Thank you very much.
