General Description

Title TRANTH
Platform PC
School HAL OSAKA
winner's name RoconiloProject

Reason for Award for Excellence

This is a 3D puzzle game where the player moves and joins cubes together
to change the shape to collect all of the parts while the terrain moves.

It can be readily played intuitively without explanation and the puzzle aspect
is achieved by using “trans” (separation of parts) to change the difference in
height and the shape, which established the game feeling and achieves a
high degree of completion.

In addition, “the rendition of falling from the top” that starts at the beginning
of every stage establishes a set rhythm within the game to give it a sense of
pace, which was good.

I think the tempo of play would be a crisper if just a little more effort was
taken with the details, such as the cursor position after clearing a stage,
the game difficulty, the camera, etc., to produce the “trans” state of a
puzzle game.

There are also many areas where more items could be added, so this game
has much room for further development.

I look forward to seeing what to production team will do in the future.
Congratulations!

Work Introdution

In this 3D puzzle game the player collects all of
the blocks that fall on the planet.
The player performs the “trans” action that moves
blocks to stick them together or separate them to
change the shape of the growing block formation
to match the terrain while collecting the blocks.

The blocks change the shape each time they join
together, so they must be skillfully joined together
to reach the goal. This game can be intuitively
played by anyone but also involves a high level
of strategy.
