Latest title in the "Call of Duty" series
This is the latest title in the first-person-shooter "Call of Duty" series, which is played around the world. "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" was released in 2009 has sold over 22 million copies worldwide and is the sequel to "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2".

It is a very great honor to again received the Global Award for the Call of Duty series subsequent to receiving it last year and the year before. The staff at developer Infinity Ward and the publisher Activision are also very pleased.
The appeal of the Call of Duty series is the multi-play that lets players from around the world do battle while in the tense and exciting street mode. In Japan, mainly students and other young players are engaged in heated fire fights every day!
For this reason, in February we held University Competition for college players to battle it out to prove which is the strongest team in Japan. The competition was won by the Keio University team, which received a prize of \1 million.
