This is a rich story with a high degree of freedom that is developed from the different perspectives of the 4 characters. There are also many play spots that boast several sub-stories and mini games. The astounding quality and volume provide a high level of entertainment and was the reason for granting this award.

Kamurocho, Tokyo 2010. This is an amusement area where the desires and bustle of people swirl together and where gunfire occurred one night.
That should have been a common occurrence in this area…until one woman appeared that is.
The intertwining destiny of four men. This fast and furious way of living give birth to this new miraculous story.
　
Kamurocho spreads to the rooftops, the basements, and the back alleys and then transforms into a real city to reveal the main story written from the perspective of four completely different men; Akiyama the money lender, Saejima the prison escapee, Tanimura the detective, and the legendary man Kiryu. For each man there are also sub-stories, play spots with several series, explosive battle action among the four men, and many other new attractions in Ryu Ga Gotoku.
