Pocket Monster Gold and Silver has sold over 23 million copies worldwide since it was released 10 years ago and it has now been reborn for Nintendo DS as Pocket Monster HeartGold SoulSilver.
　
This is a major version upgrade from Gold and Silver in terms of both functions and graphics and allows players to go off on new adventures in the land of Johto where players can take their pocket monsters to a new facility called Pokesuron where they can try various events.
　
Players can also run into the legendary pocket monsters and Houou and Rugia as well as go on one more adventure that shouldn't be missed to the land of Kantoh after entering the temple.
　
In addition, this release comes with Pocket Walker, which is a pedometer to which the software sends pocket monsters that become more attached to the trainer or stronger the farther the trainer walks.
　
Pocket Monster HeartGold and SoulSilver allows you to enjoy many fresh surprises not found in previous Pocket Monster software.

This game is a remake of the Pocket Monster Gold and Silver that was released 10 years ago, but it has an unbelievable amount of volume for a remake.
　
For the scenario, we also wanted people who played the old game to enjoy new discoveries and surprises in the remake, so we added many new elements while preserving the image of the original version. We also included many new elements for play, such as Pocket Walker, Pokesuron, Pokemon Walks, and a renewed Safari Zone that make it difficult to just call this a remake.
　
The included Pokemon Walker in particular provides a realistic experience of taking pocket monsters for a walk and thus provides a way to play that was not available before.
　
The staff members worked hard right up to the very end to make a game that makes it even more fun to play with pocket monsters, so we are very pleased with this award.
