Includes games operable on home videogame systems (stationary or portable-type), personal computers or mobile phones regardless of platform type.

Voting is open to all members of the public regardless of gender, age, nationality, residential area, gaming experience or ownership of gaming materials.
One person is limited to casting one vote.

The following prizes will be presented to the winners of a special prize draw for vote casters.

Course A	Travel voucher (value of 200,000 yen): one person
Course B	"PS2", "PSP", "Nintendo Game Cube", "Nintendo DS", or "Xbox360": five persons (one machine per winner)
Course C	Award-winning software or related goods from "Games of the Year Division of Japan Game Awards 2006": 100 persons
Course D	Pair admission ticket to "TOKYO GAME SHOW 2006": 100 persons (100 pair tickets) (For use on either general exhibition days of Saturday, September 23, or Sunday, September 24)

If a given product is released in a series, please put the name of series and the individual product's title together.
As both the series name and individual title are necessary for the valid identification of products, votes only mentioning an individual title will be ruled invalid.
