Resident Evil 7: Biohazard established a new standard of “survival horror.”
Ethan, the main character, received an e-mail from his missing wife Mia and reaches a derelict plantation in Louisiana, the southern state of the U.S. There, the Bakers, the mad family, wait for him. Resisting imminent horrors one after another, Ethan tries to escape from the dilapidated Baker mansion. During the time, the existence of the mysterious girl is revealed. Why does the family lead a checkered life?
In the additional DLCs “Banned Footages Vol. 1 and 2,” players can experience the past events that had occurred before the Baker house incident (footage) including the prequel of the main story. In another new additional DLC “End of Zoe,” players can experience the sequel of the main story. Furthermore, in “free” DLC “Not a Hero,” Chris Redfield, captain of the BSAA who appeared at the climax of the main story, becomes a main character and investigates the truth of the incident.
