Nioh is set in the late devastated Sengoku period in Japan, a time full of lordless samurai and thieves and rushing yokai.
The muscular original story develops based on a history, featuring William, a samurai with blond and blue eyes in the motif of Anjin Miura, an English navigator who served Ieyasu Tokugawa.
Furthermore, entertaining elements are contained: in difficult situations, a player pursues the story with the help of other players in the online multi play and weapons and protective gears can be obtained to win battles.
