Amateur Division Award for excellence

General Description

Title Irekaete-shon
Platform Wii
School HAL Osaka
Winner's name Team T.P.D

Reason for the Award for Excellence

Action puzzle with a view to clearing a stage through exchanges the positions of characters and blocks.
The feature is the "use of the time difference." There are more strategy patterns than it looks: relocation of a character during a little time until the completion of exchange between a character and a block and forcing a way by getting a necessary item. Logical thinking, always be one or two step(s) ahead is required, and there are action factors placing importance on the timing. This work is worth playing.
It has no originality but is a highly complete video game. On the other hand, there is a challenge: how to keep a motivation to go on a further stage.
I feel this work is not dynamic and needs refining so that the player wants to get to a further stage.
If creators were conscious of directions and motivations to attract the player, the degree of completion would be higher.

Work Introdution

Action puzzle game to use position exchanges of a character and a block hit by a bullet fired by a player.

The exhilarating feeling is exceptional when the player clears a stage by having a key item necessary to win the game during a little time until a bullet hits a block, shooting the second bullet, or wonderfully working together continuous actions between the first and the second bullets!
The planning ability of this work is high: varied stages with different difficulty levels where the player operates comical characters to clear them, or high strategy by using the time difference.
